The State of the European Union conference was fuelled by a study led by INSEAD and Booz&Company, which focused on the attractiveness of Europe as it is perceived by leading executives and decision-makers worldwide.
The objective of this survey is to better understand how European business leaders view the key decisions that the EU should take going forward on the economy, on social and political issues, and on the international scene. The analysis is based on an online survey sent to more than 30,000 European executives, and supplemented by interviews with European thought leaders.
The results of this study were released and debated by a panel of worldwide senior executives during The State of the European Union Forum on 31 May 2012.
